Job Purpose and Summary
As part of the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, our Representative Office in Kazakhstan supports Canon’s business across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Channel Marketing Specialist B2C to support sales by ensuring effective in-store and online brand execution, implementing promotional campaigns, and coordinating POS activities. This role includes managing field teams, driving local sell-out initiatives, training retail staff, and collaborating with partners to plan and execute demand-generating actions.

Your key responsibilites:
- Retail & Online Presence – Ensure consistent and impactful brand appearance across all in-store and online touchpoints.
- Campaign Execution – Implement centrally developed promotions and local sell-out activities, both online and offline.
- POS & Merchandising – Create and manage point-of-sale materials and coordinate promoter and merchandiser activities
- Partner Collaboration – Work closely with Key Account Managers to manage activities and align on marketing plans with Canon partners.
- Training & Enablement – Organize product and sales training sessions to empower retail staff and enhance customer engagement.
- Market Insight –Analyze market trends, and support the execution of demand-generating initiatives at the point of sale.
What we ask
- Proven experience in marketing, ideally within a multinational environment
- Experience in the consumer electronics industry is an advantage
- Educational background in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Solid understanding of the consumer market and product landscape
- Fluent in Business English
