Job Purpose and Summary
What we give
Main Activities:
- Installs production printers(ImagePress & VarioPrint) products and trains the customer’s operators.
- Provides preventive maintenance to ensure OCE & Canon products perform optimal efficiency.
- Identifies problems and completes on-site repairs including tests.
- Escalates unresolved problems according to predefined services procedures.
- Participates in keeping a positive relationship with the customer.
- Manages tools and time in an efficient way.
- Maintains a sufficient inventory of parts and materials for on-site service.
- Works effectively in a small team · Identifies and communicates new sales opportunities
What we ask
- Knowledge of Electromechanical systems and relevant IT experience.
- Good interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written in Polish ( fluent ) and English.
- Previous field service experience in the fixing of electrical/mechanical/IT issues – preferably print industry related
- Achieves customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Exercises proper reasoning and judgement.
- Acts cost effectively.
- Maintains a valid driver’s licence.
