Events Coordinator:
We’re looking for an Events Coordinator to join the team at Hawksmoor Dublin. This role focuses on managing and converting private dining and group booking enquiries, ensuring a smooth guest experience from first contact to final details.
You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams, handling all event admin, maintaining standards, and hitting targets. You’ll also help drive growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer service.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing all incoming group and event enquiries
- Converting leads and hitting sales targets
- Liaising with restaurant teams to ensure smooth service
- Supporting key campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Maintaining accurate booking and CRM systems
- Building relationships with regulars, corporates and agents
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in sales, events or reservations (ideally hospitality)
- Organised and confident communicator
- Strong admin skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with platforms like OpenTable and TripleSeat
- A team player with a practical approach
