Job Title: Formulation Manager
Location: Smigiel- Poland- Hybrid
Contract: Permanent – 37 hours per week

AB Neo Poland is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Formulation Manager to play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence across our operations. This is a key role contributing to the development and implementation of high-performance nutritional solutions, ensuring compliance with legal standards and meeting the needs of our customers.

Some key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update nutritional specifications and product formulations within our formulation system
- Manage and support reformulations, nutritional curve adjustments, and data interpretation from R&D trials
- Ensure technical documentation—such as datasheets, safety sheets, and labels—meets all regulatory and nutritional standards
- Support procurement through costing exercises, price list preparation, and margin analysis
- Collaborate with production to ensure seamless implementation of formulation changes and address manufacturing challenges
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Nutrition, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated experience using formulations software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for technical and cost modelling
- Willingness to travel to other sites and customer locations as needed
