About the Role:

Join our interdisciplinary team to provide nursing and general care to residents, ensuring 24-hour health and social care in line with current legislation and Salutem’s policies.

 

Job Scope:

· Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive health and social care.

· Promote independence, health, and well-being while maintaining high professional standards.

· Adhere to the NMC Code of Conduct, maintain active NMC registration, and ensure compliance with revalidation.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Work across departments to implement Salutem’s strategic direction.

· Commit to customer service excellence and quality framework.

· Maintain professional development per NMC standards.

· Ensure safe practice with medicinal products handling.

· Contribute to policy and strategy development.

· Provide evidence-based care and safeguard children and adults.

· Manage records as per organisational and NMC guidelines.

· Support effective supervision and mentoring of staff.

· Maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure effective equipment use.

· Facilitate communication and continuity of care.

· Develop a culture of person-centred care and quality experiences.

· Manage admissions, discharges, and handle feedback.

· Provide leadership for decision-making and team collaboration.

· Promote lifelong learning and reflective practice.

· Support staff development and participate in performance reviews.

· Ensure safe delegation and monitor outcomes.

· Address care standards and manage performance issues.

· Contribute to budget management and continuous quality improvement.

· Attend mandatory training and stay updated on clinical practices.

· Participate in staff recruitment and meetings.
