Salary: £34,500 – £44,850
Location: Cambridge, Coventry, or Gateshead (Hybrid)
Contract: Permanent, full time (35 hours per week)
We’re seeking a Business Change Manager who’s passionate about driving improvement while balancing change opportunities with fixed deadlines.
As part of a team of change experts, you’ll manage projects across Cambridge UK Education to ensure change is delivered effectively and strategically. You’ll also support continuous improvement by partnering with business functions to provide guidance, structure, and challenge.
This role combines project management, change management, and business analysis skills.
