Purpose of the Job:

We are looking for a Talent Partner to support the business with senior and technical hires across corporate functions. You will work closely with senior leaders, hiring managers and external partners to understand the business’s strategic goals and ensure recruitment practices align with these objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Source and attract top-tier candidates for senior positions through various channels, including networking and headhunting.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for senior roles.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Leadership and Senior People Partner to understand current and future talent requirements and expectations for leadership roles.
  • Candidate Assessment & Selection: Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, including interviews and psychometric testing.
  • Employer Branding: Help build and promote the organisation’s brand and value proposition to potential candidates.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Work with EDI Specialist and Senior People Partner to develop strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Market Insights & Trends: Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.
  • Budget Oversight: Drive direct sourcing to attract top talent at the best price, reducing agency and recruitment spend.

Person Specification:

  • Qualifications: Good level of education (GCSEs or equivalent). business administration, or related field is desirable.
  • Experience: Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on head office and senior leadership roles. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Skills/Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders, proficiency in negotiating offers, and managing candidate/hiring manager expectations.
  • Personal Qualities: Flexibility, enthusiasm, and self-motivation.
