Bei Nutrilabs wollen wir die Gesundheit von Haustieren verbessern. Wir tun das mit ergänzenden Futtermitteln, die durch Wissenschaft gestützt sind. Jetzt suchen wir einen Senior Marketing Manager, der uns hilft, unsere Strategie für Haustiere umzusetzen. Ziel ist es, die Ernährung von Haustieren zu verbessern, mit innovativen und datenbasierten Marketing-Ideen.
In dieser Stelle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Leistung unseres Marketings, führen ein spezialisiertes Team und steuern Projekte in den Bereichen digitales Marketing, E-Commerce und Performance-Marketing. Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team von Nutrilabs zusammen und kooperieren mit wichtigen Ansprechpartnern innerhalb der globalen Nahrungsergänzungssparte.
Was Sie machen werden:
- Sie führen ein kleines Team mit 2 Marketing-Specialists.
- Sie planen und starten Marketing-Kampagnen, die Ergebnisse bringen.
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Leiter Verkauf zusammen, um Marketing und Budget zu planen.
- Sie helfen bei Online-Projekten mit unserem zentralen Team.
- Sie nutzen Daten und Marktinformationen, um bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen.
- Sie leiten digitale Werbekanäle wie z. B. Werbung in sozialen Medien oder Google-Anzeigen.
- Sie beobachten den Erfolg der Kampagnen und verbessern die Ergebnisse.
Was Sie mitbringen sollten:
- Erfahrung als Marketing Manager/Managerin, am besten mit Führungsverantwortung.
- Wissen in Bereichen wie Tiergesundheit, Tiernahrung, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel, Veterinärmedizin oder Pharma ist ein Plus.
- Sie können gut mit Daten und Zahlen arbeiten.
- Sie kennen sich mit Online-Marketing gut aus (z. B. Google, SEO, Werbung im Internet).
- Sie sind kreativ, arbeiten gerne im Team und wollen Dinge besser machen.
Ort & Reisen:
Sie arbeiten in Wien. Reisen in die DACH-Region (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz) etwa 1–2 Mal im Monat, manchmal auch nach Europa oder Großbritannien.
