Our purpose is always to inspire That New Look Feeling and we believe that starts with us. Our values motivate us every day: we play to win, we’re customer-obsessed and we work as one.

About Product Copy

We’re searching for passionate and creative, London-based product copywriter available to work in-house five days a week in our London Studio. This role is perfect for someone starting their fashion product copywriting career who is eager to learn and grow.

You will be working closely with New Look products: writing directly from the designs to ensure accurate product descriptions are available for our customers as well as making sure to incorporate our tone of voice.

The New Look Product Copy Team work closely with buying departments and the wider business including creative copy and brand to ensure our product copy spotlights focal features and incorporates popular sale-driven narratives. Being a fast, adaptable writer with an eye for spelling and grammar as well as the ability to incorporate a creative flare, is a must.

You’ll be working in an inspiring studio environment, close to all the ecommerce studio action.

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Copywriter to work with our small in-house team at our London Studio.

You’ll need to get to grips with our brand tone of voice and apply it to each product description you write, conveying who we are and what we stand for as you spotlight the USPs of each item.

You should have a thorough knowledge of fashion terms and design construction, a basic understanding of SEO and a high level of computer literacy as you’ll need to use spreadsheets and an ecommerce platform/CMS.

You’ll be inputting product information daily and should be adept at adding fabric information, fit type, measurements, and wash-care into the system.

In addition, you will be part of an exciting project working on product copy enrichment and customer insight research.
