Performance Improvement & Strategy Manager – Monument Place
An exciting opportunity to recruit a Performance Improvement & Strategy Manager based in our key locations of Monument Place near London Bridge and Puddle Dock near Blackfriars.
We are looking for someone who can lead in the development and delivery of the Joint Performance Strategy and Performance Improvement Management System. You\’ll be the lead in driving improved punctuality and reliability across the GTR network and Network Rail Sussex areas.

Principal accountabilities
- Coordinate the development and delivery of the GTR & Network Rail Joint Performance Strategy ensuring there is a clear line of sight from our performance vision and targets through to our improvement initiatives.
- Maintain oversight of the \’One Plan\’ (portfolio of performance improvement initiatives) including:
- Identification of initiatives
- Business case development
- Development and tracking of delivery plans
- Benefits realisation
- Lead the development and implementation of our PIMS (Performance Improvement Management System) across the GTR and Network Rail Sussex networks to ensure a robust and systematic approach is taken to the delivery of performance including our:
- Performance Commitment
- Governance & Assurance Framework
- RM3P
- Capability Framework
- Risk Framework
- Leading KPIs
- Communications & Engagement Plan
- Develop meaningful, influential and trusted relationships across all business units of GTR and Network Rail accountable for delivering performance
- Organise and administer the Joint Performance Board to facilitate robust and effective performance governance
- Coach and support Network Rail colleagues to deliver on improvement initiatives
