We’re currently recruiting for a dedicated People Partner to join our dynamic team within our Best Food Logistics business.

This role looks after 1 main site (Banbury) which you’ll need to be based from around 4 days a week, with 1 day working from home, as well as a satellite site (Taunton) which will require monthly visits.
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement people strategies that drive business growth.
- Provide expert advice on complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies and employment law.
- Manage talent, support development, and succession planning.
- Work on organisational design and change management initiatives.
- Use data to support people-focused initiatives.
- Champion colleague engagement, wellbeing, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Focus on performance and absence management.
- Maintain strong relationships with Trade Union representatives.
- CIPD Level 5 would be advantageous but not essential
- Strong people partnering experience
- Experience with Trade Unions and ideally in a blue-collar environment
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Knowledge of employment law and employee relations management
- A commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion
- People Management experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as distribution or retail
Shift Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday – Friday (4 days a week on site, 1 WFH))
