Job Description

As a Mid-weight creative you live and breathe ideas. Applying your conceptual thinking across campaigns, pitches, platforms and executions. You can take a concept all the way from pitch to execution bringing the right people together to deliver impact for various clients and when needed can expand your thinking across a multi channel approach (PR, Social, Influencer etc.)

Additionally you would seek to inspire the more junior creatives on the team through your management and support you will help build a more inclusive, innovative, creative culture.

Championing our creative philosophy. Generating brave creative ideas with strong conceptual insight.

Being culturally connected and aware of the world around you. Understanding trends, attending events and exhibitions.

Taking ownership over projects.
Hitting deadlines, collaborating with wider project teams, presenting to clients.

Actively contribute to MSL culture and values. Live our values and take initiative to do.


Passion for creative. 
A cracking portfolio of conceptual and crafted ideas. Work must demonstrate an ability to experiment, develop and resolve authentic creative outputs.

Strong understanding on culture.
Must be able to tap into what’s going on in the world 
 we live in.

Media aware. Knows what gets the news. The ideas we produce must earn coverage and have social relevance.

People person. Comfortable working as a team and taking part in workshops and client meetings. Able to flex and work within any industry, with any type of client.

A presenter. 
Ability to communicate ideas clearly (both visually and verbally) with both internal and external presentations.

Independent thinker. Constantly curious and able to challenge a brief with new thinking and progressive ideas.
