Location: AXA XL
Rate of pay: £36,230 per annum
Working pattern: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week, Hours range of 6:00-16:00

The Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for smooth and consistent operation in the pot wash area, kitchen and customer service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 6 Kitchen Porters and being responsible for quality of work
  • Responsible for Health and Safety and COSSH regulations being followed at all times
  • Making the weekly rota for porters on request of the senior management
  • Provide Kitchen Porter training when needed
  • Dish wash, pot wash and kitchen cleaning responsibly
  • Holiday management for the team
  • Cover Storeman duties when necessary
  • Tracking cleaning supplies and ordering them accordingly
  • Check daily paperwork which includes fridge temps, cleaning schedules, opening and closing checks
  • Basic IT skills are preferred

Previous experience supervising Kitchen Porters in a B&I or Corporate setting is essential
