Salary: Up to £175,000 p.a ( dependent on experience)

Our Risk Second Line of Defence’s key purpose is to enable the business to make effective risk-based decisions by considering objectives and priorities, the regulatory environment, robust controls, and governance.
The role will provide leadership for oversight and assurance over the Group’s Integration Programme and its vital we engage an experienced senior subject matter expert (SME).
The SME will foster positive engagement along with developing and maintaining effective working relationships with our stakeholders across the Group Integration Programme and the wider business, its integral we work in a co-operative and constructively challenging manner to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Second line of defence representative for oversight and assurance
- Design and deliver the oversight and assurance model for the Integration programme.
- Assure that the Integration programme delivers change in line with the Group Change risk methodology.
- Develop and produce reporting on the Integration programme Change Risk Profile to the Risk Committees
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the management of the programme.
- Provide leadership, insight, and critical challenge.
- To provide support and guidance to relevant business areas

To be effective in this role you will be able to demonstrate excellent understanding of Change Risk frameworks, oversight and assurance approaches for projects and programmes.
Essential requirements:
- You will have significant relevant experience of working at a senior level within an Operational Risk function.
- Programme Change and Risk experience.
- Programme Management experience.
- Senior leadership level
- Highly effective at both written and verbal communication
- Enterprise-wide outlook, understanding both external and internal environments and how these will impact operational risk management.
Desirable requirements
- Experience in Financial Services
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
