Your Role:
The Business Analyst will play a critical role in documenting processes, defining the Target Operating Model (TOM), and ensuring seamless integration of policy, operations, technology, and data.
Process Documentation & Mapping:
- Capture current state processes related to credit operations for HNW real estate financing products.
- Define the future state processes, ensuring compliance with PRA Rulebook Article 124D.
- Develop process maps to visualize workflows, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
Target Operating Model (TOM) Development
- Design the TOM covering policy, process, operations, technology, and data.
- Identify gaps between current vs. future state and propose solutions.
- Define Roles & responsibilities for key stakeholders in the new operating model.
- Engage with credit risk Operations teams, Legal & Compliance teams, and technology partners.
Your Profile:
- Requires good understanding of credit risk lending practices for residential mortgage/prime/ luxury real estate markets.
- Familiarity with valuation methodologies for Real estate properties in line with PRA regulations, particularly Article 124D.
- TOM set-up for new Reporting workstream.
