Coordinator, DSP Content – Nashville, 37212, United States of America
How you’ll LEAD:
The DSP Content Coordinator (the “DCC”) ensures that UPPM’s music assets are properly formatted and uploaded to various media distribution platforms for monetization on Digital Service Providers (DSPs), including but not limited to Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, and YouTube. The DCC is also responsible for managing Content ID claim releases on platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Meta platforms, Twitch, Vimeo, and others.
How you’ll CREATE:
- Support the ingestion of all catalog albums for UPPM entities to content aggregation partners for monetization on various streaming platforms.
- Monitor and troubleshoot ingestion errors or delays with content aggregation partners and DSPs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, production) to ensure content meets platform-specific requirements.
- Liaise with distribution channels regarding data quality control and updates to released album content.
- Ensure timely releases to meet “special” marketing and promotion goals.
- Prepare communication highlights and trends for presentation at monthly DSP/Label meetings.
- Maintain various shared project management and communication tools.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting on “Ingested Content” statistics.
- Act as the Content ID liaison for all UPM territories.
- Manage YouTube claim release processes via UMG and third parties.
- Handle TikTok claim release processes via UMG and third parties.
- Manage Meta platform claim releases via UMG and third parties.
- Assist with additional DSP-related tasks as assigned by Senior Management.

- Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Monday.com, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with macOS, working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, and an understanding of various image formats.
- Knowledge of audio file formats and standards.
- Basic familiarity with DAW/non-linear audio editing tools.
- Ability to identify basic musical genres.
- Familiarity with DSP-specific metadata standards (e.g., style guides for Spotify, Apple Music).
- Basic understanding of copyright and licensing principles related to digital music distribution.
- Proficiency in the AdRev Licensease tool.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to work amid distractions and interruptions and minimal supervision.
- Ability to adhere to timelines and meet critical milestones and deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Minimum 3 years in an administrative capacity.
- Music/Entertainment experience a plus.
- Experience in Content ID or Digital Distribution a plus.
- University/College Diploma or equivalent.
