About the role

This position plays a key role in supporting the growth of the overall brand by supporting the development and execution of the Innovation Pipeline for the UR category in the US. The Associate Brand Manager is expected to work in close collaboration with R&D/ Finance/Trade / Sales/ Shopper/ Medical/ Regulatory/Supply and other cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities

In summary, you\’ll:

• Support the GBMM to manage a brand within the context of the agreed strategies to maximize long term sales and profitability
• Manage day-to-day interface and key business activities for assigned brand(s) and select portfolio-wide responsibilities
• Assess market opportunities and set opportunity prioritization goals
• Assume accountability and autonomy to lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of assigned workstreams to activate innovation strategies including packaging, EPDs and operations.
• Analyze brand, market & competitive trends and recommend suitable actions.
• Manage marketing budget for core workstreams & coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure optimal spending

The experience we\’re looking for

• Candidate must be comfortable working in a high speed environment where trail-blazing thinking and risk taking is encouraged.
• Self-motivated, highly flexible and takes the initiative to do what\’s needed
• Degree educated from a US or internationally-recognized university
• Min. 2-3 years\’ experience in brand
• MBA a plus
• Career in leading CPG company a plus
• Proficient in MS Office
• Financially and commercially astute
• Capable of analyzing data to draw conclusions from the data
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency relationships preferred
• Strong commercial awareness, Entrepreneurial, Ability to influence, Creativity
• Strong sense of urgency and achievement, Resilient and able to respond under pressure
• Strong analytical skills, financial skills, and P&L understanding
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills, financial skills, Forecasting and P&L understanding

US pay transparency

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.

US salary ranges

USD $110,000.00 – $164,000.00
