Newcastle United FC

We are Newcastle United – the Magpies.
Since 1892, we have brought a community together and our magnificent home – St. James’ Park – has set the city’s heart beating.

One City. United.
Newcastle upon Tyne is famed for many things. For the warmth of its people, for its industrial heritage, its culture, its nightlife, for the Great North Run, for its favourite sons and daughters of sport, screen and music and much, much more.
But it is perhaps known best of all for its beloved football club and the club’s incredible supporters – the Toon Army.
Generations of fans have marched to the stadium affectionately known as ‘the Cathedral on the Hill’ to catch a glimpse of the privileged few who get to wear our iconic black and white stripes in action.
This is an exciting time to join one of footballs most iconic clubs, Newcastle United.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
The Club is committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and believes in equal opportunities for all. We expect that all staff, volunteers and others associated with the Club share and endorse this commitment at all times in a positive manner. The Club does not tolerate any form of direct or indirect discrimination, victimisation or harassment. We work closely with our independent supporter groups such NUDSA (Newcastle United Disabled Supports Association), United with Pride and our Independent Advisory Group.

United as One
United As One encapsulates the club’s work in the fields of diversity, inclusion and welfare. It encompasses the wide range of activities the Club undertakes to help keep people safe and end discrimination and inequality in both football and society. The work done under this brand includes work with players, participants, parents and supporters and key initiatives such as On the Ball, Be A Game Changer and Memory Café.

Newcastle United Foundation
We work closely with Newcastle United Foundation who help to change the lives of tens of thousands of North East children, young people and their families for the better.

Our values
Our values are at the heart of everything we do and we welcome all, actively seeking out new additions to our Newcastle United family who enhance our diversity and enable us to better reflect the communities we serve.
We work to create environments in which all are respected, supported, and valued, focusing on the individual needs of employees, and ensuring the right conditions for everyone to achieve their full potential.
