NCG is a national college group, offering further and higher education across our seven colleges. Our mission is to ‘enable social mobility and economic prosperity through exceptional education’ and we exist to create life-changing opportunities for individuals that strengthen the prosperity of their local communities.
Through ambitious teaching, innovative courses and outstanding learning environments, we aim to inspire excellence, spark curiosity and make a real impact on our learners and communities, with a vision to become the UK’s leading college group, recognised for our local impact, national reach and influence.
Together, our colleges and partners are creating the workforce of the future by enabling all people, regardless of their background, to develop the skills that our local communities need to be successful and sustained.
We’re made up of seven colleges and a central professional services team which supports our entire college network. Every NCG colleague, whatever their role, are an important part of helping us to achieve our goals, realise our vision and most importantly, support learners across our colleges to succeed.
