Learning & Development
As part of our joint commitment to both our service users and our social workers, we have developed a learning and development programme that ensures that our employees continue to grow as professionals as well as personally.

Tailored training programmes focus on our relationship based approach to social work and with the support of principal social workers and other senior staff you will continue to learn throughout your time with us. This will be achieved through a variety of opportunities to develop your knowledge and skills both academically and practically.

You will be supported by the Trust as we equip you to build on your experience as a social worker, take accountability for your caseload and exercise increasingly higher quality judgements in situations of increasing complexity.
