Are you passionate about outdoor adventures, water safety, and delivering exceptional experiences?
As our Senior Watersports Instructor you’ll get to work at an award winning park that not only is used for leisure activities but also is crucial to the supply of water to Anglian Water’s millions of customers.
The watersports centre offers sailing, windsurfing, rowing and paddle boarding, providing a fun filled day out for beginners to experts, as well as group tuition for school groups and corporate events.
What will you be doing?
-Overseeing watersports activities and mentor the instructor team.
-Deliver high-quality training sessions and ensure safety compliance.
-Support planning and management of events or activities.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:
-Enthusiastic, friendly, and customer focused
-Reliable and able to work as part of a team
-Passionate about safety and delivering exceptional experiences
-It’s essential that you have previous experience as a Watersports Instructor and;
-RYA instructor qualification in Sailing or equivalent
