Working Student IT (f/m/d)
Your Tasks
- Provide 1st level IT support and technical assistance via ticket system and in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and printer issues
- Setup equipment for new employees and complete on/off boardings
- Manage hardware procurement and maintain asset management
- Document processes and update current documentation
Your Profile
- Enrolled in IT-related subject
- Experience with Windows/MacOS environments, Azure AD, Active Directory and Group Policies
- Ability to explain complex technical workflows in simple terms
- You are a natural problem solver and enjoy working with people
- You have excellent communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English language skills
