Wellbeing Coordinator / Hospitality / Activities & Events – Bath
Job Requirements:
Hours of Work:
- Full-time, 38 hours per week, including some weekends
Working Pattern:
- Four-day week
- 8 AM – 6 PM
Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual for the position of Wellbeing Coordinator at Cedar Care. In this role, you will lead a team and oversee food and beverage service, coordinate group activities, and organise community events within the home and out in the community. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for hospitality, wellbeing, and a desire to make a positive impact in a rewarding environment.
Experience:
We are looking for candidates with experience in the following areas:
- Hospitality/events
- Customer service
- Creative arts
- Psychology
- Management or supervisory roles
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Creativity, enthusiasm, patience, and empathy
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using initiative
