About the Role

Working in accordance with Accrol’s principles and values you will ensure safety remains the number one priority through your actions and behaviours.Our Warehouse Team Leaders need the ability to perform well and lead a busy team along with the Shift Manager.You will also work closely and communicate with the wider site operational employees including the Production team.

You will play a key role in our product journey and will make sure our customers are at the heart of everything we do.In the role your duties will include, but are not limited to, leading your team in the safe movement of raw material, packaging and finished goods inventory utilising multiple Manual Handling Equipment (MHE) and ensuring IT systems are updated in a real-time environment.

This is an exciting multi-site, multi-skilled role that requires a proactive and motivated attitude to ensure we supply a World Class customer service.

It is important that you lead and manage the team of Warehouse Operatives, work together and stay motivated.You need to be smart enough to work independently and be trusted with the tasks you are given whilst being bold enough to report any issues and be passionate about delivering high quality outcomes.There is opportunity to progress for any of our employees who demonstrate the right drive and determination.You are able to develop your skills and progress to other positions within our business.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Valid FLT Licence including Counterbalance
  • Experience of working in a warehouse environment
