We believe that there’s nothing like hands-on experience to give you the opportunity to advance your career, and that is why our programme offers you a choice of four pathways to specialise in.
Construction
Our Construction Pathway is the perfect route for aspiring Site Managers, Project Managers & Construction Directors or anyone with a natural interest in project management, construction technology and quality. With key learning objectives in mind and to help build you into a strong all-rounder within the construction field, you’ll rotate through the following business areas in your first 15 months.
Construction > Health & Safety > Commercial > Construction Planning > Technical > Customer Service
Real Estate
Our Real Estate Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Land Managers, Development Managers & Planning Managers, or anyone with a natural interest in land acquisition, planning policies or project management. With key learning objectives in mind and to help build you into a strong all-rounder within the construction field, you’ll rotate through the following business areas in your first 18 months.
Land and Planning > Technical > Construction > Commercial > Development and Strategic Land
Commercial
Our Commercial Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Quantity Surveyors, Buyers & Estimators or anyone with a natural interest in procurement and financials. With key learning objectives in mind and to help build you into a strong all-rounder within the construction field, you’ll rotate through the following business areas in your first 15 months.
Quantity Surveying > Estimating > Buying > Finance > Land, Planning, Development > Construction
Design & Technical
Our Design & Technical Pathway is the perfect place for aspiring Technical Managers, Designers & Engineers or anyone with a natural interest in architecture, engineering or design. With key learning objectives in mind and to help build you into a strong all-rounder within the construction field, you’ll rotate through the following business areas in your first 15 months.
Technical > Land, Planning and Development > Commercial > Construction

All we ask is that you have a relevant degree at 2:2 or above and due to the nature of the position, there will be some travel required, therefore a valid drivers license is required.
