Position: Training and Delivery Manager
Location: The convenience of working from home with attending office on occasion
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:30.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Owning the end-to-end training process, from conducting training needs analysis to the development of training material, and preparing training programmes to build confidence for all users of new systems.
- Creating, editing and administering training guides, FAQs and user manuals.
- Delivering training, including arranging sessions, inviting delegates, monitoring attendance, distributing training material and gathering feedback.
- Providing written and face to face training support (including virtual via Microsoft Teams) to all end users, supporting Team Managers with daily system management to improve and develop user engagement.
- Gathering feedback from delegates, modifying, and revising training methods/materials and Training Needs Analysis on an ongoing basis. Carrying out post-project reviews of the training, contributing to any lessons learnt activities and supporting corporate projects and initiatives.
- Attending relevant workshops run by the Business Process Analyst, consultants and other leads, Project Team meetings and project reviews to ensure you have a good understanding of processes and the technical applications.
- Able to learn new IT systems, business processes and understand the use of technology to drive improvements and support new ways of working.
- Experience within the property management sector (private or public) is desirable not essential.
