Job Title: Teacher – Performing Arts
Salary: Commencing at £29,638 with progression to £33,349 per annum
About the Role
What You Will Do
- Deliver high quallity performing arts classes and assessment to our learners.
- Work across a number of courses from Level 1 to Level 3
- Be part of the team that delivers to other college learners such as the 14-16 academy.
- Take on a pastoral role for a cohort of students.
- Create public work as part of the curriculum.
About You
- Holds a Level 5 Teaching Qualification (eg. Cert Ed, PGCE)
- Relevant up to date subject knowledge and recent delivery in the Further Education or school sector
- Experience of positively managing student progression, advice and guidance in a school or Further Education setting
- Knowledge of current teaching practices and experience of utilising a range of teaching practices to enhance learner journey and progression
