Reporting to the HR Systems & Project manager the focus of the HR Systems Coordinator will be to support activities across HR Systems, in projects, processes and data quality. The role will be responsible for ensuring support tickets are managed and maintained with relevant stakeholders updated as needed ensuring that we maximise time spent with consultants and suppliers.
- Support the HR Systems & Project Manager with BAU SAP updates such as creating new cost centres, departments, divisions and updating structures when needed.
- Work alongside HR leaders to support downstream updates to relevant systems following large-scale SAP updates, e.g. follow updates through to connected systems, Tribepad, the Academy, AD etc.
- Troubleshoot any problems found with large-scale SAP updates working with the HR Systems & Project Manager ensuring resolutions are in place in a timely manner.
- Working with the HR Systems & Project Manager and internal audit teams to create and plan data quality audits and schedules.
- Take a lead role on data quality audits in support with relevant team leaders feeding back results and monitoring outcome actions to completion.
- Responsible for coordinating support tickets ensuring they are managed and maintained keeping relevant stakeholders updated as needed.
- Raise potential issues with support tickets early to the HR Systems & Project Manager to mitigate over run and overspend.
- Identify process gaps and raise these with the HR Systems & Project Manager, supporting to find solutions working across teams and various stakeholders in the wider organisation.
- Take a lead on SOP generation and quality control of supporting process documents.
- Create and own the SOP audit plan ensuring they are regularly reviewed and version control is in place.
- Support team leaders with relevant systems and process training.
- Provide support to the HR Systems & Project Manager with system patching and regular testing.
- Provide ad-hoc support when needed on wider HR projects.

- Have GCSE Maths & English (Grades 4 – 9)
- CIPD Qualified (Level 5+) – preferred
- Certification in relevant system administration – preferred
- Understanding of technology lifecycle processes – preferred
- Good working knowledge of systems, spreadsheets and data management – preferred
