Our shifts range from 24 to 42 hours per week, with both day and night shifts available. We work on a rolling Rota, giving you the opportunity to plan your work-life balance in advance. And if the Rota doesn’t quite fit your schedule, our team is always willing to work with you to find a solution.

As a learning disability residential service with nursing, we provide support to adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, and complex behaviours. We take pride in making a positive difference to our residents’ lives every day, and we’re looking for passionate and caring individuals to join us in this important work.
