We’re hiring support workers for our centre in Clevedon
At Strode Road, we support around 15 people in one day, providing a variety of sessions including time at our allotments, working with volunteers, and in the community, making every day different for the people we support.Â
We also provide community and enabling support for young adults and children, ensuring they have access to facilities and activities they choose, so the shift patterns are varied and will include evening and weekend working.Â
Your skills and life experience could be a great match for our support worker role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude and a desire to help someone live a full life!Â
The support you provide will be centred around each person’s values, preferences and needs which could include developing daily living skills, accessing a wider community, personal care and medication needs.Â
A full driving licence is required for this role.
