Salary Range: £10.50 – £10.73 per hour

Working in our friendly team in Quintrell Downs, you’ll support and enable two ladies and a gentleman living in their own home.  As well as enjoying their home and garden, they love getting out and about to do the things they enjoy.  You’ll provide person-centred support in all aspects of everyday life, including supporting with personal care, moving & handling, and medication needs. You will receive full training and induction to become part of a busy and caring team.

You’re considerate, committed, resilient and respect people’s differences. Empathetic, you adapt your approach to individuals’ needs, have good communication skills and a positive, patient approach. You can build professional relationships and have a ‘can-do’ attitude. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support including evenings and weekends.

Successful applicants for this role will require an enhanced DBS check.
