Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Primarily owning the admin styling operations.
Manage all asset selects in customer emails, this ranges from selecting product from sale line lists to creating full outfit builds and styling suggestions to inspire customers in trend focused emails
Working with both the brand and CRM to make sure all email pushes link up with the customer calendar customer and trend moments
Work closely with digital design, trade and the Multi-Channel Styling manager to create weekly homepage updates sitting in line with brand guidelines and launches.
Managing and making sure all launch emails sit in-line with any launches on HPs and there’s consistency through both channels
Build and maintain great relationships with buying to enable you to support the Styling Manager with getting the best styling products
Assisting the Styling Manager and Stylist’s on content shoots, campaign, Talents collabs and external projects
Support the Team in looking after all the product in wardrobe room and on set – ensuring that product is always well kept and tracked
Look after models/talents well-being in office, studio, on set or location
Work with the Multichannel Styling Manager to maintain the styling wardrobe with the latest product requirements
Be responsible for maintaining the stylists’ kits (pins, thongs, bulldog clips etc) and replenishing as needed
Assist with dressing the model where needed
Occasionally you will be required to dress and style the onset model if the Styling Manager for a meeting etc.

Able to take good clear pictures of samples for trackers etc.
