Salary: £40,665 – £43,481 per annum

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategy and Policy Manager to lead on the development, implementation, and review of strategic and policy initiatives that support our vision and objectives. 

If you have a can-do attitude and are driven to make a positive impact this role is for you.  The role holder will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including the board, government agencies, regulators, and community organisations.  You will take ownership to create, develop, and implement new strategies, ensuring our goals and policies are responsive to the needs of our tenants and communities.  

You will align RBH with best practices and regulatory requirements, while continuously promoting social inclusion, sustainability, and tenant satisfaction. You will also develop and deliver training and support materials to enhance understanding and implementation of policies and strategies across the organisation. 

Who are we looking for?   

We are looking for someone with relevant experience in a strategic or policy development role ideally within social housing sector or a related field.  

You will have: 

  • Ability to build and maintain strong and effective partnerships with stakeholders.  

  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

  • Proven project management and organisational skills 

  • Ability to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines is also required.
