Salary Range: £28500 – £34435 pa pro rata

You’ll join established, supportive teams who support people with profound and multiple learning disabilities living in welcoming homes.
You'll help to inspire the team to ensure the people we support get the very best out of life. They're in their mid-thirties and forties and you'll support them to access their community and enjoy a range of social and leisure activities. The individuals require 24 hour nursing care.
You'll run shifts, manage the support workers and support the health needs of the individuals.
You’ll have a nursing qualification with current NMC registration (RNLD, RMN or RGN) and demonstrable experience of working with people with learning disabilities. You'll also have experience of Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities. Confident and calm under pressure, you'll be flexible, open to a challenge and innovative in your approach.
It is desirable that you have a full driving licence and are able and willing to drive service vehicles.
The salary for this role starts at £28,500 p/a for newly qualified nurses and increases with experience to £34,435 dependent on qualifications & experience.
You have the option of working additional hours or sleep-ins in a range of services – paid at £60 extra per sleep-in.
