Job Title: Senior Piglet Nutritionist / Technology Application Manager
Location: Smigiel, Poland (Hybrid 2-3 days on site)
Are you an experienced Piglet (or Swine) Nutritionist looking for a role where you will develop and innovate products and additives to meet the needs of customers? Do you have a background animal nutrition with the passion for developing programmes to support animal health and growth? If so, join us as our Technology Application Manager.
Leading our Polish technical team, you will have a key role in supporting the growth and innovation of our new and existing product portfolio, guiding the business and the team to deliver unmatched nutritional and technical support ensuring that the needs of our customers are met.
This is an great opportunity to join our international team that continues to invest in the Swine/Piglet offering looking at way to innovate and enhance our formulations, and additives that support the needs of young animals with some other responsibilities such as:
- Supporting R&D activities, including feed material and product evaluations, trials, and commercial interpretation and communication.
- Develop technical ideas to add value to product sales and marketing.
- Meet with suppliers to evaluate new products, concepts, and additives.
- Generation of technical papers and articles for company web site and other marketing communications, both internal and external.
To be successful in this role some of the knowledge, skills and experience we are looking for:
- Business-level English proficiency and fluency in polish.
- Technical understanding of Pig Nutrition in application, formulation and raw materials.
- Ability to interpret numerical data, understand and compute software interfaces.
- Proven ability to transform technical research data into customer value.
Location
For this position you will need to be able to commute to our Smiegel facility 2-3 days per week on a hybrid working pattern.
