Job Description

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and supporting talent strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within our Creative agencies. You will work closely with stakeholders, providing guidance on HR matters and driving initiatives to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a central point of contact for HR needs, providing timely and high-quality support.
  • Offer guidance to leaders and managers on HR matters, including employee relations and performance management.
  • Manage employee issues such as grievances, poor performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and drive performance management initiatives.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, as well as mental health and wellbeing programs.
  • Oversee people policies and processes, including leave management and flexible working arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring approvals and vacancies.
  • Analyze employee data to inform strategic decisions and present key trends to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to HR initiatives and change projects within the Publicis Groupe network.

Qualifications

Experience in managing employee relations and a solid HR background.

  • Good understanding of UK employment law and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical thinking.
  • Passion for HR and its impact on business performance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Empathetic and intelligent approach to complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Previous experience in media, digital, advertising, or tech industries preferred.

Additional Information

Publicis Groupe operates a hybrid working pattern with employees being office-based on Mondays and two other days during the working week.
