About The Role:
We’re looking for a fully remote Senior Software
Engineer to join the dynamic Haven Digital team. Working in a team of highly experience
engineers as part of a cross-functional squad, this role will focus on
delivering compelling end-to-end user experiences across our websites, apps,
tools and systems.
Constantly driving innovation and with the customer
at the heart of every decision, this role will play a key part in achieving our
ambitious digital road-map which is underpinned by an equally ambitious
business growth plan.
We are a fully remote team so this role can be
based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel required to meet the team and
other stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
Support the team in developing clean, quality code, leading to improved products/NPS for customers
Engineer efficient and robust digital solutions to overcome real-life challenges using the latest .NET stack
Engineer software integrations and move On-Prem to a modern cloud environment
Lead by example to create an engineering culture of continuous learning and improvement — this includes being “hands on”
Build systems and approaches enabling the team to build on others ‘work to meet objectives

What We’re Looking For:
Customer-Centric: A core understanding of digital products, use cases, users and interactions to best build the right solution for the customer
Tech Expertise: Experience of a tech stack including C#, .Net, AWS, Docker Kubernetes.
In-depth knowledge of APIs (Designing/writing/testing/deploying/integrating)
Cultural-Fit: Experience of working in a culture of collaboration and continuous learning, offering help and support to junior members of the team.
Demonstrable experience working to Senior level in a modern, cloud environment
