Salary: £24,500 pa plus annual car allowance £1,960 (for 37-hour week or part time equivalent)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer focussed and proactive individual to join our Housing team to deliver a high-quality housing related service within two housing for older people schemes in Cambridge, together with some wider administrative support to the Housing and Customer Service teams.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide effective housing-related management, to build community cohesion and to ensure property compliance with all health and safety requirements within the schemes. It will see you develop, build, and maintain relationships with customers and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective management of the schemes, seeking opportunities to improve our services.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role to include working in a people orientated environment or a caring/support profession with an understanding of the needs of older and vulnerable people.
Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential, together with the ability to work effectively alone and as part of a team whilst managing varied priorities and demonstrating a ‘can-do’ attitude.
The role is scheme and office based, with flexible working possibilities. A full current driving licence and access to own car is essential.
