Salary: €19.53 per hour

Shift hours: Full Time

You must be legally authorised to work in Ireland. We are not currently able to offer visa sponsorship or assistance.
As a Receptionist, you will provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients and customers that meets or exceeds their expectations. You will be welcoming customers, answering telephones and completion of general administration in an efficient and professional manner. This is a full time working 37.5 per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Be polite, professional, and friendly at all times with customers, clients and colleagues
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care is always adhered to
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed customer expectations
  • Support colleagues to achieve great service for customers and clients by completing tasks outside the scope of their immediate job role
  • Seek ways to improve work activities and promote efficiency
  • Promote good safety habits and methods of work
  • Maintain a professional appearance ensuring uniform is worn in the correct manner.
  • Ensure telephones and administrative duties are completed in a timely and professional manner
About You:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • High standards of personal hygiene and presentation
  • Basic computer literacy to complete administrative tasks
  • Good organisational skills
  • ‘Can do’ positive attitude
  • Good people & teamwork skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in environments involving high levels of customer care, would be an added advantage, but not essential.
