We’re looking for a Rebates Analyst to join our team. Rebates are a key to our profitability, you’ll enable us to ensure they are collected in a timely and efficient manner.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ensure that all Deals completed by Commercial are approved and checked for accuracy first on Dealtrack
  • Reconcile supplier turnovers on a deal by deal basis and invoice all deals in a timely manner 
  • Complete certain month end tasks to aid reporting
  • Chase and manage aged debt on their supplier portfolio
  • Liaise with suppliers on queries 
  • Ensure compliance with Internal Control Framework and Delegation of Authority matrix at all times

What are we looking for:

  • Ideally AAT qualified or potential desire to study an accounting qualification 
  • Proven working experience within a finance function would be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • High degree of accuracy
  • An analytical approach
  • Confident with learning new systems
  • Understanding of invoicing and supplier communications
