We are currently looking for an experienced Raw Materials and Landfill Supervisor to join our friendly team based in our Linford site, Essex.

The Raw Materials & Landfill Supervisor will provide ensure tactical and strategic leadership in the Raw Materials and Landfill zone of Linford Aircrete as well as:
- Daily performance monitoring and reporting of Raw Material Service Level KPI’s.
- Responsibility for performing KPI’s and reversing adverse KPI performance through team empowerment, the use of data, and innovation around ways of working.
- Responsible for resource planning.
- Manage contracted crushing operation and associated activities – EU ETS (emissions capture), Quality Protocol conformity etc.
- Part of the multi-disciplined Site S&OP Process
- Perform RM (Dry Materials, Sand, Pebs) SOX Stock Counts – including contributing to external audit activity.
- Perform Safety Stand Downs and Toolbox Talk’s with direct reports.
- Work with the Site Co-ordinator to develop training plans which are executed to develop mandatory and role-specific skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role as well as:
- Hold a WAMITAB (COTC) certification at Level 4 (desirable)
- Experienced in management duties such as 1-2-1’s etc.
- Supported management teams
- Health & Safety experience
- Excellent communicator
