Main Responsibilities

The QA specialistrole is varied and challenging, however it is really rewarding. Beingresponsible for assessing the quality across all the Society’s frontlineprocesses, providing timely feedback on the results to Leaders within theseareas and Senior Leaders within the Society.

The roles will include building strong and lasting relationships withstakeholders championing the customers experience with us, always looking forways to improve whilst effectively managing risk appetite.

Being a value driven business, the overriding factor is on the customerexperience ensuring you contribute to the control environment as part of thefirst line of defence within our ‘3 lines of defence’ model for managingRegulatory, Conduct Risk and operational quality.

Ideal Candidate

We are lookingfor an empathetic, enthusiastic, driven and detail conscious individual.Someone who is open minded and confident in their ability to make a decision.Being a good communicator is crucial as you will be dealing with stakeholdersdaily and at all levels. A team player that can work effectively with othersand manage their own priorities. We offertraining and development, and this is a great opportunity for someone wantingto take their career to the next level with the opportunity to take regulatoryqualifications as part of the roles.
