About the role
The aim of the role of the Postgraduate Administrator is to provide robust and professional support to maintain and develop the continuing success of the MSc in Environmental Technology to ensure that it remains one of the world-leading courses in the environmental field. The post-holder will also be pivotal in providing support to the development of the Centre’s MSc in Conservation Science and Practice and New MSc Programmes.
What you would be doing
The Postgraduate Administrator will work as part of the CEP Postgraduate Office with specific responsibility for two aspects of postgraduate teaching.
You will be working with the Senior Postgraduate Administrator to provide support with admissions process, and other general administrative support for the Course Director and Course Management Group in our MSc in Environmental Technology and MSc in Conservation Science and Practice.

- Experience of maintaining databases and spreadsheets
- Experience of compiling, processing and disseminating complex statistical information
- Experience of supporting student-related activities such as open-days and events
