What You’ll Bring

What You’ll Be Doing
Inour fast paced and evolving environment, you’ll be driving, leading andpromoting an autonomous and self-organising team. You’ll enable the successfuloversight and analytical insights to our change portfolio through accurateforecasting, planning and resourcing and ensure we deliver the right change atthe right time.
You’llbe key to aligning change to strategic priorities and goals whilst creating andembedding a clear line of sight across our business landscape. The coreresponsibilities you’ll cover in this role are:
● Strategic alignment of Change, working in partnership with the strategy and change demand teams ● Planning capacity management of the Enterprise portfolio ● Reporting, analysis and insights across all delivery to spot trends and form actionable insight that drives agility ● Governance and assurance to ensure all change activity is always aligned to the Society’s strategic direction and that E-PMO standards and governance are met ● Financial tracking and management for change ● Business Architecture alignment ● Evolving how we deliver change, learning on the fly, being responsible for developing and improving our delivery pathways ● Inspiring and leading your own team of direct reports
