Position: Part-time Porter

Location: Hyde Park Towers W2 3TU

Working Hours: Fridays 0900 – 2100, Saturday & Sunday 0800 – 2000

Salary:  £21000

Contract: Permanent

Development Details:

This part-time role is located in the well-established Kensington development, featuring approximately 60 residential apartments. As a valuable member of our close-knit team, your daily responsibilities will revolve around maintaining the development at a consistently high standard of cleanliness and providing residents with exceptional hotel-style customer service.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Porter at Rendall & Rittner, you will:

 

  • Passionate about creating a positive and safe environment for residents, guests, and the team.
  • Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others.
  • Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development.
  • Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
  • Values and supports the team, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors.
  • Has a track record of delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and thriving in a team environment.
