Hours: Full Time

Salary: £13.00 per hour / £27,040 per annum

The Role: As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leadership: Lead by example, inspiring and motivating your team to deliver high-quality care and education in line with regulatory standards.
  • Curriculum Development: implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote children's learning and development across all areas.
  • Communication: Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication, keeping parents informed about their child's experiences and achievements.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members, sharing ideas and resources to enhance the overall program and ensure consistency in practice.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and hygienic environment at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations and conducting regular risk assessments.
