The Role: As a Nursery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating enriching experiences for our children whilst managing and supporting a team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership: Inspire and lead your team towards excellence.
- Quality Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements in educational programs and operational procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and maintain a secure environment for children.
- Financial Management: Oversee the budget and resources effectively.
- Community Engagement: Foster positive relationships with parents, staff, and the local community.
- Professional Development: Encourage continuous team development to provide the best care and education.
