Salary: £28,000

The New Horizons project provides up in person, one-to-one coaching designed to help people furthest from the job market to manage their money, get closer to employment and overcome digital exclusion.

As a New Horizons Next Step Coach, you will support participants as they come to the end of their coaching support, to help them make the most of their local community links and the support they have received.  

This will include the development, promotion, and monitoring of an online group for New Horizons participants to access. Facilitating connections between people who may be going through similar experiences and providing a safe place for people to connect and support each other, during and after they have completed their coaching.

You will research and cultivate relationships with local charities, organisations, and employers in order to ensure that our participants will continue to go from strength to strength after their time with the project.

You will also support the project by ensuring that all paperwork and administrative tasks are accurate and complete and any loaned equipment in returned.

You will take a person-centred and holistic approach in understanding participants individual needs

Your role will work with participants across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough  Expecting a mix of remote and in person contact.  Car is essential for this position.
