We are currently seeking Trade and Multi-Skilled Operatives with the following trade skills:
To provide an efficient responsive repair, maintenance, and refurbishment service, ensuring correct quality of work to enable objective achievement.
Complete all allocated jobs in time and within budget.
Achieve Team SLAs as defined by organisational requirements
To work within agreed objectives and timescales to meet the performance criteria
Compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
Responsible for ensuring the correct quality of work and taking appropriate action where necessary.
Complete work of other trades when reasonably required.
Demonstrable practical skills in building repair, maintenance, and refurbishment to domestic properties, particularly in social housing.
Ability to deal sensitively with a wide variety of types of customers and provide an individual service
Housing Sector standards and regulations relating to the repair and maintenance of Social Housing.
Experience of using integrated housing repairs/maintenance systems
Good communication skills.
Primary trade in either carpentry, plumbing or roofing with experience of other relevant trades.
Must be multi skilled and have experience of working in void properties
Experience of working for a housing association
Experience of working with a PDA
Sound knowledge of health and safety familiar to area
Full driving licence is required
