Overview
Reporting to our Regional Director for London, you’ll be working to assist our On-Site branches by servicing, maintaining and repairing our assets, ensuring the highest quality at all times.
Based in and covering Central London you’ll make sure that our unavailable assets are kept to a minimum, maximising the vast catalogue MEP Hire have.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean, test, inspect and carry out repairs of equipment in an efficient and professional manner within MEP on-sites with occasional support to Branches workload permitting
- Support the On Site Team reducing backlog of unavailable kit whilst ensuring quality
- Ensure that all relevant administrative processes are correctly followed (G42 / Toolminder)
- Protection of the Company assets ensuring fleeted items are marked correctly
- Ensuring that Health & Safety requirements / initiatives are proactively maintained
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the range of equipment in a general tool hire fleet or similar operation
- Relevant mechanical or electrical qualification
- Well organised and an excellent work ethic
- Capable and willing to contribute to operational decisions to ensure On Site’s and region makes its targets
- A good level of Computer literacy
- A full UK driving licence
- Ideally based in central London
